You have to complete 10 unique crop circles. The first level you can is level 26 in the single player campaign.
There are 5 crop circles that can be done in single player and 6 crop circles that can be done in multiplayer. You must fulfill the minimum abduction and liftoff in order for your progress to be saved. The levels with crop circles:

11 (impossible to do without a second person)

There are 11 total unique circles. If you complete both single player and multiplayer campaigns and do not have the achievement, replay from the levels select screen.
